Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

The iplay918 platform supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All these methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes once the request is approved.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be in the same name as the registered iplay918 account.
• iplay918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

Any attempt to circumvent verification requirements, use unauthorised third-party payment methods, or engage in money laundering will result in account freezing and referral to the relevant authorities.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

iplay918 offers various types of bonuses to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules as stated below.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 must be reached.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering RM888 × 15 = RM13,320 must be reached.

Bonuses may not be used alongside other bonuses unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms. iplay918 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• Any withdrawal made before the wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the period specified in their respective promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Valid fund balances will be returned subject to satisfactory review.

iplay918 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. iplay918's decision on matters of account closure is final.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to iplay918's international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the licensing authority.
